Special Announcement
Call for new Board Members/Volunteers by: Jon Lomax
Vol-un-teer "One
who offers to enter into service"
The success of any volunteer
organization can only be as good as those people who are willing to step
forward and take a leadership role. And the SLO Camera Club is no
exception.
Fortunately for us, we have always been blessed with members
who are willing to help fill the jobs necessary to keep the Club moving
forward.
In the near future, we will be needing some new Board Members who
are willing to do their part in maintaining the quality of organization we
have all come to know. No particular skills are required. Just a willingness
to contribute some time and opinions regarding the direction of
the Club.
There are two particular skills, however, that would be helpful to the
Club. Those are a familiarity with Word Processing, and Marketing.
If you
have any background in either of these areas, please contact me or any other
Board Member.
We have several members who have served the Club for 10
years or more. It's time for some fresh blood and new ideas.
Now is your
time to step up to the plate!
-Jon (I joined with Moses)
